Suwon, born in Seoul, South Korea, graduated from Berklee Global Jazz Institute’21 Summa Cum Laude with a full scholarship and learned with masters such as Danilo Perez, John Patitucci, Terri Lyne Carrington and others.

Suwon is a pro Jazz musician who got invited to Gutenberg Jazz Collective (Jazz Campus Mainz) Germany in 2022 as the top finalist. Moreover, she toured around Europe with Ray Brown Jr. Quartet building up numerous stage experiences and Jazz repertoire.

Suwon released her Full-Length LP album [Escape From The Underplay] in 2022 which got featured in Korean Magazine ‘Jazz People’, ‘MMJAZZ’.
